If you choose any contact me other dialogue option he will kill Ella, causing him great remorse. If you refuse to help Anders, the quest ends here and will increase your rivalry with him by a fair amount.

You Chucho first encounter Sebastian in Act I by approaching the Chantry board. Unlike the other characters that you recruit, completing his first companion quest does not unlock him Figura a party member.
